“Everything about this film stinks” – Ben Franklin
In part two of Episode 3 of the Bloody Cuts Cast a very special guest literally flies in to discuss all things Bloody Cuts. Then Anthony, Ben and Joel get their teeth into the 1980’s horror classic: Return of the Living Dead, our feature review of the episode. The episode concludes with all the usual explosive special features. Also if you listen carefully you’ll hear some of Anthony’s awful impersonations and terrifying singing.

In some form of ungodly Skype séance host Anthony Melton contacted two entities – Creator/Producer Ben Franklin and Head Writer Joel Morgan. These voices from the void spoke of peacocks, dark stately homes, bodies in barrels and killing to 70’s soundtracks…
Somehow this conversation was captured on tape –proof of the malicious minds behinds Bloody Cuts. Mortal fools would call it a Podcast.
In our first Bloody Cuts Cast:
– Anthony, Ben and Joel discuss the shooting of our forthcoming episode ‘Sucakablood’. Hear about crazed peacocks, the awful weather and the horror that lurks behind the door to Warwick’s Room…
– We muse on some of the things we’ve consumed recently. Ben discusses ‘Underworld – Awakening’ and found footage superhero film ‘Chronicle’. Anthony gives ‘Osombie’ a head shot in a a less than positive review whilst Joel talks about Australian crime film ‘Snowtown’ and his favourite superhero comics ‘The Ultimates’ and ‘The Authority’.
– For our main review the gang take on Dario Argento’s 1975 Giallo film ‘Profondo Rosso’ AKA ‘Deep Red’. We talk about the excellent Goblin score, Argento’s unique visual style and his influence on the slasher genre and horror as a whole. Anthony also performs a memorable ‘audio description’ of one of the scenes.
